Order and contract

A voucher entitles its holder to the selected massage and duration. You can review and correct the order before submitting it. By selecting “Place order with obligation to pay”, you order the voucher at the stated final price. The contract is concluded when the order confirmation reaches you. We email the order and these terms so you can retain them. Czech and English are available. Orders in the test environment are tests, not real purchases.

Price and payment

The final CZK price depends on the massage, duration and quantity. There is no automatic discount or postage charge. Pay by bank transfer to account 278200162/0300 using the payment reference from the confirmation, or at the reception of Hotel Don Giovanni, Prague 3. Couples massages are not sold as vouchers. If payment is not received within 14 days of the order, the order is cancelled and we inform the customer by email.

Delivery and validity

A postal address is required for bank transfer orders. We dispatch the paper voucher within 5 working days after the payment is credited to our account. For reception payment, the voucher is handed over when you pay. Electronic vouchers are not available. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue; the issue and expiry dates are stated on the voucher. After 12 months the voucher expires without compensation. An extension may be agreed with the branch. The voucher is transferable and may be redeemed by anyone who presents it. Redeem only at Hotel Don Giovanni, Prague 3, by arranging an appointment in advance.

Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online contract for a voucher without a specific appointment within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason. This period concerns the right to a service; the paper voucher documents that right. Send a clear withdrawal notice to info@nuad.cz or the operator’s postal address, including your name and order number. You may use the model below. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient. We refund payments within 14 days of withdrawal using the original payment method, unless another method without customer fees is agreed. The voucher is invalidated. Requests to provide a service before that period ends and the statutory conditions for losing the withdrawal right must be agreed separately; the order form does not request that consent.

Complaints and disputes

Report a defective voucher or service to the operator by email or post, describing the defect and the requested remedy. We acknowledge complaints and resolve them within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority provides alternative dispute resolution: Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.

Bookings and personal data

The booking form creates a non-binding request; the branch confirms appointments by phone. Personal data processing is explained in the separate privacy policy.
